You could definitely have one and you don’t have to be overweight to get them. Straining to use the bathroom can cause a bulge in the veins and they will sometimes bleed.
Small external hemorroids usually do not produce symptoms of hemroids. Larger ones, however, can be painful and interfere with cleaning the anal area after a bowel movement. When, as sometimes happens, a blood clot forms in external hemorroides (creating what is called thrombosed hemorroides), the skin around the anus becomes inflamed and a very painful lump develops. On rare occasions the clot will begin to bleed after a few days and leave blood on the underwear
You need to get more water and fiber in your diet like bran cereal, fruit with peels, whole grain breads, etc. You can also get otc fiber products to help you get the daily requirement.
hope this helps..
Ooooh Yeh that’s it Try and get a Preparation H cream…If that don’t work after a reasonable amount of time either you have to go to the doctor for the edible pills that can decrease the size or have it surgically removed
Sounds like it. They can be rather uncomfortable. Witch hazel helps. A bath in epsom salts helps.
They take a long time to go away (I had one for like a year). They aren’t dangerous, just bothersome. Many people get them.
No its not bad. You can relieve your constipation with some over the counter medications and you can also buy hemorrhoid medication over the counter too. Hemorrhoids can be caused from constipation, sitting a lot or straining. Ask your mother to help you, don’t be embarrassed about it. She might have something already in the house that will help. She is your mother, not a stranger.
