I was diagnosed with internal hemorrhoids.
I was given a cream, and told to drink lots of water.
They haven’t been bothering me…however I am wondering if hemorrhoids can cause a UTI?

nope, hemmorhoids are just swollen blood vessels, they cannot cause any kind of infection. However, if you wipe yourself from back to front, you can drag bacteria from your rectum right up to your urethra and that WILL cause a UTI.
