Change in bowel movement could this be cancer related?
i been having this change in Bowels all the time sometimes i have bad stomach aches and my bowels are always like diarrhoea and sometimes they are normal bowels then i always have constipation due to my irregular eating habits and always have lower backpains.i am quite worried it might be colon cancer as i have read the symptoms can someone enlighten me what this might be thks.

You need to have a colonoscopy done to know for sure. It can be cancer, or possibly diverticulitis, or other conditions. I have Stage III colon cancer, and I didn’t know until I had extreme pain and constipation (it turned out the tumor was so big it was blocking off my colon). You need to rule out everything.
we’ll you should go to your doctor immediately so he can do a few tests, then you’ll know for sure. Its really important you go see a doctor b/c if you dont the cancer could spread.
You explained your symptoms in your question, "due to my irregular eating habits".
Irregular eating habits = iregular bowel habits.
Changes to normal bowel habits with no explanation can sometimes indicate colon cancer.
If in doubt, see a Dr and have a stool sample tested.
