By close I mean near the entrance (or should I say exit?) of my rectum. There is no bleeding and I haven’t participated in anal intercourse.
Oh and I can’t see a doctor unless I absolutely have to because I have no health insurance nor a job.

I never had any success with Preparation H. And you should know there are external and internal hemorrhoids.

It depends. What do you mean by close. And secondly You should see a doctor. Is it bleeding. Have you participated in anal intercourse with a man with herpes or another std. It may be from anal.
also it especially hurt when there is powdered glass involved
