Are internal hemorrhoids curable or simply treatable?
I was recently diagnosed with hemorrhoids and I’ve been wondering, Are they curable as in you can do something and they will never comeback or is it something that has to be maintained? I know if I eat more fiber it will help but is there any way to completely get rid of them? and what exactly is it? is it like a tear in my colon or what?

Oh yes – they can snip them off – probably burn them shut now with an electric scalpel. They also put little rubber bands around them which kills them and they drop off.
Hemorrhoids are broken veins around your butthole – they come from you holding your breath and bearing down while going to the john – they also are caused by poor diet – not enough water – and then some people just seem prone to them.
probably more fiber would be good – you can also take Metamucel (or the store equivalent which would be cheaper) – that’s a sort of slippery seed which makes going to the bathroom easier.
A tear in the wall of the butthole is called "fissure" – it’s REALLY bad – you don’t want that one. You can read up on all this online, I’m sure. The best thing to do is avoid things which make your blood pressure spike up – like lifting huge weights or holding your breath while going to the john. All these things cause the blood pressure to rise sharply and this blood pressure is then dumped onto the Hemorrhoidal veins around the butthole – and then they rupture!!! and a big clot forms and the rest you know about.
Study up on it – you can probably get away from these things completely over time.
i have them. a high fiber diet helps. sometimes they bleed a little. i use a hydro cortisone prescription to help if they get irritated. they can be cured if they get annoying and uncomfortable .
ok. First off, everyone has Hemorroids. They are three veins that return blood from the anus. No one knows for sure what causes them to pop out…child birth, pushing to hard when you poo, or sitting on cold rocks… no one knows.
the only way to make sure they don’t bother you is to either
a. have them rubber-banded in a drs office, or
b. have them removed surgically. There are a couple of ways to do this, but it is all out patient surgery….they give you some narcotics, and you take a few days off work. talk to some colon-rectal surgeons instead of a general surgeon or your family practice guy.
Hemorrhoids can be cured for sure. But the only way to do it is to treat the root of the problem. Like others have said on here, you need to start by getting on a good high fiber diet. This will help your entire digestive system.
You also need to start drinking more water. The more the better. It is hard to get too much water, so the more the better.
You may also want to consider a stool softener so that you will not bleed as much, and passing stool will be easier.
There are different ways to get rid of the internal hemorrhoids like surgery, medications, natural treatment, etc. But you have to be careful with any kind of medications or surgery. They can have harsh side effects like anal seepage.
I suggest you try a natural remedy first followed with a good diet plan. If you stick to it you can shrink the hemorrhoids you have now and prevent them from coming back with vengeance.
I hope this helps you out.
Hi,whether you choose a medical or a natural cure, hemorrhoids are curable, and you can live without the pain and discomfort.
Beside taking fiber you need to:
1) drink more water
2) Do more exercise
here some pain relief for piles you can do it at home as well:
1) use OTC hemorrhoid products
2) Sitz bath
3) use cold treatment
4) keep your anal clean and dry
5) try avoid spicy foods (**eat spicy food will not cause hemorrhoids)
Hemorrhoids have two forms namely: internal and external hemorrhoids. What you have to do is be aware of your symptoms and ask immediate help from your doctor. It is very important to identify hemorrhoids and find the right hemorrhoid treatment directly before it is too late.
