Is a high fiber diet, going to the sauna, and exercise a good plan to lose weight?
high fiber diet- two fiber pills a day, several fruits, lots of bread
sauna visits 4 times a week
jogging 4 times a week

Yeah, totally.
The fibre as well as the antioxidants you’ll be eating (In place of unhealthy foods) will help to detoxify your body and help it lose weight faster.
And going to the sauna helps you sweat out similar toxins that clog up your body.
The bread will be good – only if it’s whole grain. There is a lot of carbs in bread which are generally counterproductive to losing weight. Definitley no to white bread.
But whole wheat bread will add more to the fibre.
Add some exercise to this plan, and I’d say you’re all set.
