Do hemorrhoids always bleed?
My rectum was hurting pretty badly the past few days, but there wasn’t any bleeding. There was a slight bump as was the case with the hemorrhoid flare up’s I’ve had before, but I added some Prep H and today the pain has (for now) completely gone away.
So are there certain situations where hemorrhoids DON’T bleed?
Can one go through an entire situation, tho’, where they don’t bleed? Is this something that happens or has happened before?

To answer your question – Yes! You can also PREVENT hemorrhoids by getting enough fiber in your system & drinking more water to help keep the traffic flowing. Get off junk food, fast food garbage & sugary sweet soda’s. Get on a good, healthy, balanced diet including plenty of boiled or steamed vegetables. Drink lots of water, fruit juices & fat free milk. Snack on plenty of RAW fruit & veggies. Make sure you eat a good, balanced breakfast daily. You get your energy for the day from your breakfast meal. Get up one hour early every morning & take a BRISK 30 minute walk – then – do the same thing again in the evening after dinner. When you don’t get enough fiber & don’t drink enough water – then constipation begins to set in. Then – if you push or strain or try to force your BM to exit – hemorrhoids pop out – and sometimes they can bleed. Make sure you do NOT force, push or strain when having a BM. Let it exit slowly, naturally, on it’s own. Allow a little extra time so you are not in a rush to finish.
