If you’re still seeing traces of blood, your anus is probably still too tender for sex. You may have chronic hemorrhoids. One cause of these is excessive tension in your anus. If you’re always clenching your anus, the pressure interferes with circulation in the anal cushions, and the blood backs up and makes the vessels balloon out.
