How do I know if I can have anal sexual relations after having hemorroids?
At the end of February i had two awful weeks of suffering with hemorrhoids. They appeared out of nowhere, I’d never had that problem, but for those two weeks I couldn’t even walk because of the intense pain. After treatment the pain finally went away and I was able to go to the bathroom normally; however, I can still see the hemorrhoids in my anus, even though they aren’t as swelled as they were before. If i haven’t had pain in quite some time, but I see some traces of blood every now and then, how do I know when I will be able to have sex? (beeing a gay bottom, of course) I can’t ask my doctor because he is my family’s doctor and I’m afraid to ask something like that.

Your doctor is not allowed to tell on you to anyone if you are of adult age. If you are underage or you think your doctor is anti-gay, look for a gay-friendly doctor. Look for doctor ads in the gay publications, go to a free clinic (they’re generally friendly to all persuasions) or look in the Gay Yellow Pages.
If you’re still seeing traces of blood, your anus is probably still too tender for sex. You may have chronic hemorrhoids. One cause of these is excessive tension in your anus. If you’re always clenching your anus, the pressure interferes with circulation in the anal cushions, and the blood backs up and makes the vessels balloon out. Try getting in touch with your anus, and monitor whether you’re clenching it a lot. Do you know how your anus feels right now? A lot of people are completely out of touch with that part of their body because it’s a learned taboo subject. You have to unlearn that taboo even more than most people because this is an important part of your sexual repertoire. Play with your anus when you masturbate, learn how to enjoy its sensations. Many gay bottoms expect pain when they are entered, and never learn how to relax properly, and therefore never learn how much better receiving anal sex can be. It doesn’t have to hurt, if you’re properly relaxed and have a caring, gentle partner who’s willing to go slow at first. (After initial entry, you usually relax even more and you can get wilder if you want.)
Trial and error I guess.
Anal intercourse with hemorrhoids? Ouch!
Do you really think that your Dr cares what you do in your bedroom?Or that you are the first to come with this question?
He cannot provide any info about you to your family anyway:so to be on the safe side ,just go over and ask him:or see a clinic.
Best of luck:Space
Your doctor will examine you to see if it is safe and the doctor is required to maintain confidentiality.

Just ask your doctor, there is no big deal with asking. Unless you are under 18, then he can tell your parents. But if you are over 18 there is a law that states anything that you tell your doctor HAS to be kept between you or him, other wise you can sue.
I would wait untill all signs are completly gone. You do not want this reaccurring.

Your sick!!!
I seriously advise you to make an appointment with a sexual health clinic for an examination by a doctor specialising in such considerations.
You should be able to talk to your family doc’ in complete confidence and repeating such confidences to family members without consent would be a breach of the Hippocratic oath and could face disciplinary action.
That said, he would likely just tell you similar and go to a sexual health clinic.
I think you want an informed professional opinion before penetrative sex after having piles not opinions from people on a website.
Hope it’s fine and you can enjoy a guy properly again matey, i really do.
Good luck.
