I had one before and it hurt every single time i went to the bathroom. Most people have them and they rip every time you go. Have it looked at, but i'm sure it's not serious. I just added as much fiber as i could to my diet. Even the juice i drank had fiber. you may wanna take an over ther counter fiber suppliment. Also use a stool softener. it makes it easier to go. i didnt see results immediately but it finally subsided.
