Honestly, its better you consult a specialist. I really want to help but I don’t think I can give better answers than specialist do. Sorry.
good luck
Love is omnipresence, Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.
The fact that you’ve had "stomach pains" for a long period of time (10 years) generally means that it is a more benign disease, such as irritable bowel syndrome. Of course, it doesn’t mean that you absolutely do not have cancer, but if the symptoms are exactly the same over the 10 years, it is unlikely. I could have cancer myself, and unless you do all the relevant investigations, you can never be sure. You didn’t tell us how old you are, what gender you are, nor elaborate on the characteristics of your "stomach pain", etc., as those are all important in even advising you properly.
