they will clear up on their own IF you make changes to your diet and if you know the cause. Often internal hemorrhoids come from long term constipation and straining. Are you constipated? if so, are you drinking enough water and consuming enough fiber? Is your stool hard or pellet like? Then drink more water. are you straining? if so, stop. Are you eating foods that cause inflammation? try cutting them out and see if it helps. If after making changes they don’t get better, you may need to see a doctor for treatment. that might be as easy as suppositories or steroid cream, or more invasive (there’s a procedure wherein they wind elastic around the base of the hemorrhoid which cuts off blood supply to it. Ideally, you can make dietary changes and avoid that!
My wife had them after we had our daughter. I got her some of the preperation H tablets that need to be inserted. They worked really well and went away. Some cases require medical attention.

Go buy some Preparation H at your local drug store or even your grocery store. It really works. Also, stop drinking coffee, tea and sodas that have caffeine as that really irritates hemorrhoids. Don’t sit any longer than you have to and in fact, if you can get out for a walk that might help too. Feel better!!
Add more fruits, vegetables, wheat and liquids to your diet to avoid constipation which contributes to hemorrhoids. Also get Preparation h and use as directed. Do not sit on the toilet longer than a minute. Good Luck!

Take it from a long-term sufferer and hemorrhoidectomy patient…at only 26yrs old….prep h doesnt help that much, ecspecially if they are really bad…sometimes surg is the only answer…and lots of fiber to keep your stools regular and more frequent…it’s easier that way….not too much straining either…and don’t ich them it makes it way worse…go see a colorectal surgeon so he can see if they are internal or external…internal can go away on its own sometimes…external is basically a prolapse of the anal tissue,and ususally need to be surgically removed
