i started a high fiber ,is the mechanism for weight loss exercise in this diet?
i am constantly running to the bathroom after i started my high fiber diet,so began to think that the increased exercise was a big cause for weight loss in this diet,is this right?

yeah,it keeps your system "regular",your poop should come out easy and in an "s" shape.
No… you need to get out and run a few miles a week. Start with like 5 a week. Then after 3 weeks go to 10. then 15 and make it a constant. Then you wont need the diet, you’ll feel great and you’ll look good too. I guarantee it.
