Swallow your pride and go to the doctor and do whatever is necessary to be cured. You may require surgery later.. I don't envy you at all. You should try drinking a lot of water to prevent constipation. The doctor will not get mad at you. You have the option of choosing your treatment. If that is the only treatment then you should do it. Remember that the doctor is not taking care of you for free. You or your insurance are paying him. I don't suggest putting any cream on it.
