Lots of fluids, maybe some prunes, a good stool softener...not something to make you go but something that makes you go easier, no straining on stool, a good amount of fiber in diet, keep using medicine, try aloe vera to stop any itching, walk a lot after meals(will help pregnancy, too) unless doctor says NO. If you do all these things for a week and there's no relief you may need a hemorrhoidectomy. Sure cure!
