I gave birth to my second daughter VBAC, and it really messed up my internal organs! It took awhile for everything to get back in place. I had a bulge inside my "birth canal", and I had to push it back in place sometimes when I was defacating. The doctor didn't seem to think it was something to be concerned about.

Three months without a bowel movement, though, is simply out of bounds. See a doctor. Your lack of weight loss might be connected to this.
