Could this be an external pile or perianal haematoma?
I’ve read some information about this condition, and what I have is in the area that the external pile appears (the anal ring), but what I have is not hard under the surface nor does it hurt. It’s just like this little blood pocket that has always been there for as long as I can remember. If I touch the thing, the blood disappears but immediately comes back to the surface.
Could this be harmful and should I consult a doctor?

they are normally harmless. Put it on the ask the doctor list and next time you have a routine exam ask them then.
Yes, you need to see a doctor. You need to ask them to do a Protein S defiency test. This is a condition that an cause DVT, and Plumnary Embolisms.
please get checked. This is no longer rare condition. It is now affecting more and more people.
andy hematoma is bad regardless of where it is. when you rub it and it disappears, you are helping a clot to move.
