Will a high fiber diet help me lose weight in a week?
I need to lose 2 pounds of fat in a week, and was thinking of taking up a high fiber diet, along with 30 minutes of cardio every day. Will this work ?

It might work but I know this one does. Look up "Negative Calorie Foods" (those are foods that make your body burn more calories than are actually in the food), you can eat as much of those as you want and not gain any weight. Eat those foods and only drink water and you will lose a lot of weight. I lost 15 lbs in two weeks b4 my wedding by doing this. Any cardio you do will make it come off even faster, running is the best. Good luck!
That won’t work, its as long you eat healthy and have a constitant schedule for exercise also. But eating high viber is good for you bowels.

A high fiber diet will cause you to go to the bathroom a lot so yeah you’ll lose some weight but it’ll most likely be muscle and water weight that you will be losing instead of just fat.
You would have to monitor everything you eat and measure your daily calorie limit. If you do this with a hard 30 minutes of cardio every day I think you can do it.

This way you can set up a plan to make sure you lose around 7000 calories in a week which is approximately 2 pounds. It may require more than 30 minutes of cardio a day though.

Fruits and veggies, high fiber cereals and bread, all that will help you in losing weight. Make it 30 – 60 minutes of exercise a day. And find several types of exercises you like to do, not just one.
Simply reduce your calories (not below 1200 a day though) and exercise at least 1 hr a day. You can lose up to 3 lbs/wk in a healthy fashion, with low chance of regaining it, if you do it right.
High fiber may help you lose weight from the standpoint it will help you feel full faster than low fiber foods. Also, drink lots of water to help you feel full and tend to eat less…but don’t drop your calories too low, or your body will want to store fat instead of burn it.
