It seems hemorrhoids, but see a gastroenterologist or proctologist for a proper diagnostic.
For hemorrhoids I recommend natural (herbal) treatment as a first option. See http://herbalhemorrhoids.blogspot.com/
Herbal hemorrhoid remedies are a kind of treatment for the said ailment that is gaining a huge amount of recognition among patients and health experts alike.
Best of all, it is that they don’t try to sell you anything, the site is merely informative.
If this treatment doesn’t work in a short term, my best advice is to see a proctologist, who treats hemorrhoids with surgery or other alternative procedures.
Drink more water, avoid spicy food but eat foods:
fresh fruit,..
Be kind to your bottom.
Don’t sit too long on the toilet
Go see a doctor!
You can use TUCKS and put it in the refrigerator and it will cool you up.
Certainly sounds like them. To help them heal faster, if in the UK you can buy Anusol suppositories. One up the bum after the toilet or at night and it will shrink them in a couple of days.
We have all been there !!.
This definitely sounds like internal hemorrhoids. If you don’t want to go straight to a doctor you could try using zinc oxide ointment – try diaper rash cream or calamine lotion.
Also drink plenty of water and eat lots of fiber.
It is the result of your that difficult bowl movement. At first I would say you can cure it yourself. You should change your food habit first. Try to take fibre and avoid spicy foods. Never push so hard again. Drink much water.
I myself had a similar problem months ago. You will also get some reliable help in the following education site on hemorrhoids.
