I have hemorrhoids in a quite an advanced phase. It’s bleeding and painful.
How can I get rid of them for good?

I’ve had hemorrhoids for a very long time and it was so painful.

The silly part is that since they are most often caused by not drinking enough pure water, that the answer is right there. Also drinking little or no diuretics like coffee, tea, sports and caffeine drinks.These remove water from the body and bowel in particular.
