Exercising with external hemorrhoids?
I developed an external hemorrhoid that has thrombosed (according to my physician). A few days have past, I’ve been applying the Rx medicine and have been keeping the area clean as possible. There’s still a little bleeding (as evident in my underwear) and the pain is no where near as bad as it was days ago.
I want to go back to the gym in three days. I currently do not lift weights, mostly cardio and body-weight exercises (prisoner squats, push-ups, one-leg RDL’s, pull-ups, dips, etc). If I continue to care for my ailment, can I be able to work out again without further aggravating it?

Ouch, that must suck.
i would rest it because after a week going back you will be the same. it will be alot better than that making your condition worse and last longer
why did you not ask the doc,but my guess would be it ought to be alright but I would also guess you’d soon know if it were not take a cushion or something
