there seems to be a buldging blood vessel in my anal region.could it be piles?what should i do?pls help!!!!?
i have not seen any blood in stools.i am very fond of eating spicy food.

It could be piles/hemorrhoids. It’s common actually. Try to avoid spicy and seafood intakes. Also, avoid sitting/standing for a long period of time. If it really bothers you, visit your local GP. You could also buy "Preparation H" or "Xyloproct" fromy our local pharmacist to apply.
if we are talking about hemoroids here then ya need more fiber in yer diet, it will relieve any straining. just eating whole grain bread and more fruit worked wonders for me. hope you feel better soon!

Avoid the spicy foods for awhile…and consult a REAL doctor… don’t worry about your virginity to be seen by a man, they are DOCTORS they are TRAINED to do these things because they help you get BETTER!!!
