could I have internal hemorrhoids? Explaination wanted?
I’m a teen girl who’s wondering about internal hemmoriods.
I had a painful bm yesterday. And this morning. With a small amount of blood when I wiped. Then today my rectum? Burned for like 3 hours after that. What’s going on?

Yes it’s possible you have haemorrhoids, however you may have a fissure. A fissure is a small cut on the anus which causes pain during a bowl motion and bright red blood on wiping.
Haemorrhoids tend to give pain just after the bowel motion and can also cause itching as well as bright red blood on the paper. Haemorrhoids occur when the blood vessels supplying the anus become congested and enlarged. They are prone to bleeding if irritated by a bowel motion. They are classed as ‘external’ if they begin to bulge out of the anus.
The best thing is to go to the doctor for a correct diagnosis of either haemorrhoids or a fissure and receive prescription treatment. Otherwise you can just gamble on it and try out an OTC cream for haemorrhoids and see if it helps. You must also keep the area very clean and dry such as by using talcum powder.
Get some hemorrhoid cream, that stuff does wonders and when you wipe use a wet wipe.
