I think I may have herpes but the symptoms are weird?
I am in college and decided to have sex with a guy i was talking to. I asked him if he had any STDs an he said no but about a week after we had sex it started to burn when i went pee and i always had the urge to pee but never could pee. Then i got these bumps on my rectum almost like hemorrhoids. But then the urge too pee went away after a few days. Do I have herpes?

Genital herpes can show up anywhere below your waist. I’ve heard of it on the rectum before. It sounds like you have another problem related to peeing.
Schedule an appointment and get yourself checked out. The test for herpes is not given in a routine std screen so maybe the guy didn’t know.
We are not doctors sweetheart …make an appt with your physician.
well the burning sounds like a urinary tract infection and the bumps could be alot of things like if you shave there it could be razor bumps or ingrown hairs both happen to me all the time and will go away but if you are really concerned go to the doctor and if you cant do that look on google pics for what you have until you find something that looks like what you have then click on the picture and read about what it is hope this helps
I would assume so. I had the same symptoms but thought it was just rough sex with my husband that caused it. I thought he has accidentally scratched me but as it turned out, I had herpes and they became so awful I thought I would never be ok again but I started a suppression therapy and have been clear for 3 months. In the guys defense he may not have known as they do not test for herpes in routine STD tests.
It sounds like you may have genital warts, plus a UTI. You should go to the STD clinic, or to your doctor.
Just from your short description, hard to say. but the bumps are curious. Herpes are a common sexually transmitted disease, and you might well have contracted it from your partner. Best to see your doctor soon, the sooner it’s treated the better the outcome will be. Take care.
Go to your campus doctor they can do an STD test for very cheap if you don’t know of a free clinic to go to.
The bumps sound curious but the urination thing is exactly what happened when I got Chlamydia which is luckily easily treatable with antibiotic.
