My anus is bleeding and I have a prolapsed hemorrhoid (the one that sticks out your anus). I read that you can get both internal and external hemorrhoids. Can someone tell me if I have both?

Upon an exam, your doctor will only know if it is internal…check with them… bleeding of your hemorrhoid is common, and astringents can also make that worse..like Preparation H with witch hazel… I would recommend you follow up with your Dr. and have it removed before you have more issues..
