I just underwent surgery some 7 months ago at my home. But now it has again started again. My new job has just started and i am living far away from my home and family, alone. I don’t want to undergo surgery again. Please suggest me what should i do???…….. Please…………

Lateral sphincterotomy surgery was probably what you had before. Since this is a recurrence, it would be best to call up the same person who treated you before and ask for advice on the phone. Search the net for their contact if you’d lost it.
In the meantime, apply the ointment they gave you after the surgery. I believe it could be a nitroglycerine ointment which you need a doctor to prescribe for you. You may wanna use an ice pack to cool your anus before you see the Dr.
