I am two weeks from my due date and i want to know if i tear will they tear too? And how can i recover? Will they ever go away? Is anal sex out of the question forever or just until i recover?

Yea I would say labor could make them rupture. I would ask your dotor for sure, maybe theres something you can do to heal them before the baby gets here. Yes I got them with my first child..they will go away. And no anal sex untill you heal. Youll be fine. I have so been there. Its sucks.
If they do burst, i'm sure you're not really going to notice, what with all the other labour pains. and if they do, dont' worry. the doctor will stitch you up, or maybe you'll be able to get them removed and then you won't have to worry about them any more! i'm concerned about this as well, actually! don't worry too much though, i'm sure lots of women go through this, as hemorrhoids are sooo common during pregnancy
