		<description>I too have IBS - the bleeding may be due to a hemorrhoid.  If your bowel movements are firm and you have to push hard to go to the rest room, and it feels as though you are ripping yourself apart, you probably do have hemorrhoids.  However, if what I just described isn&#039;t the case, and you have large amounts of blood in your stool, you may want to make a trip to your doctor quickly.  Blood in your actual stool (not caused from a hemorrhoid) is a sign of internal bleeding.</description>
