external hemrrhoid started bleeding????
A couple of days ago, i recieved a nice little gift from my body. I guess it was paying me back for lifting weights by giving me a nice external hemorrhoid. Yeesssss!
So anyway, it went down due to my constant cleening and applications of preperation H. It did not go away however and the last day or so, it was burning everytime i would clean.
last night when i went to the bathroom, i looked down and saw blood in the water. Ive been wiping and putting tissue paper in there to soak up the blood and little by little its slowing down. I havent checked again yet to see if its still bleeding, however i will when im done typing.
i did check and its down to spots. not really bleeding as much now.
Will it stop? Ive never had a hemorrhoid before and i want it gone! what is my next step in stopping the bleeding and then getting rid of this thing. I do not have insurance by the way so im trying to do this alone. hopefully!

get TUCKS medicated pads, they work nicely for external hemmorhoids.
A cheaper and better method.
Witch Hazel. It’s a clear liquid that can be purchased in any pharmacy or health and beauty aid isle, usually by the rubbing alcohol and peroxide. Don’t get it mixed up with the rubbing alcohol. OUCH!
soak circular cotton pads in a puddle of witch hazel( a Rubbermaid container works great). Take 1 or 2 pads and place them on the hemi! leave on there while you watch TV or chill out. Do Not go shopping or to the gym. If one of those fell out, I don’t need to go there. Do this anytime you have a flare up, until it is relieved.
Try to stop straining, don’t push when you poo and don’t OVER wipe. When you do this its aggravating an already touchy situation.
If it persist go to a doc. There are surgeries to have them removed.
