I'm 15 and I have an external HEMORRHOID?
I’m 15. I’m a guy.
I’m going to be very honest here.
A few days ago I had to squeeze really hard to let one out, maybe a BIT harder than I’ve ever done.
Today I realized that I now have a F*CKING external hemorrhoid. It’s a pink/purple thing coming out of my anus but residing ON the side of my anus ring.
I’m pissed and wanted to know what I could to do make it go away.
guess so. dont want to really tell my parents tho :S

For starters, you should make sure you are getting enough fiber and water in your diet. This will ensure a smooth uneventful bowel movement. Straining during a bowel movement is not worth it.

if you can push it back in gently it will be less painful
but you need to see a doctor your tooo young for that
