For a high fiber diet, you want to eat alot of fruits. Peanut Butter is a good source of fiber, but be sure to check the labels, some are higher in fiber than others. Also, swiching from white bread to wheat. Wheat bread has alot more fiber, but again be sure to check the labels. Raisins are a good source. There are alot of things out there with fiber. Check all the labels to be sure though.

Fruits and vegetables, whole grains. Try to avoid processed foods. Avoid egg yolks and meats. If you use dairy, opt for skim or low fat.

Definitely green tea or oolong tea. Both offer many health benefits, but Green tea packs alot more due to the oxidation process. Anyways. Green tea can lower cholesterol better than any suppliment on the market. The chemicals target certain types of cholesterol and will lower them. Other cholesterols in your body need to be higher, which green tea can help regulate and keep both in their needed places. Word of advice though. Many of these benefits are lost if you drink green tea from tea bags. Go with loose green tea, since the leaves can contain the chemicals and will be up to 50 times more effective! There are many different types of green teas, so experiment, and find one that you like. Enjoy!
