What is the best cream/treatment for contact dermatitis on the hands.?

I’ve tried (prescription)steroid creams, hemorrhoid creams, lard, Sorbital, & glycerin. I wear cotton gloves to bed, and leather gloves during the day. I wear rubber gloves when washing dishes. Nothing seems to help. Any suggestions?
