   Drink lots of water, and walk…the water and exercise keeps everything moving so you won’t stop up, which causes straining, making hemorrhoids worse, warm tub baths and avoiding sitting on hard surfaces helps too.

   Take more fiber to improve bowel movement and try to have a warm bath to reduce the irritation. This may help to shrink the hemorrhoids.
