How do you shrink a Internal Hemorrhoid?
I had one & it started feeling a little better after a week, but still weird so i stopped using the cream the DR prescribed cause i don’t know how long you can use it. Well i had a bowel movement and it hurt cause i had to strain alot. I don’t eat enough fiber obviously. I just want to know if i’m the only person suffering from this! Will i ever feel normal again? It never bleeds though which the DR said is good, but i am petrified of going to the bathroom anymore. I know most of the stuff about shrinking them, but if you walk and it feels weird or a bit painful, do you do it anyway or is sitting better cause you can make them worse by sitting for periods of time. I’m an 18 yr old girl and it’s ruined my 2 weeks. Please help me get my life back!
Oh & it doesn’t itch but around my butthole is red. Sorry if it seems gross.
red from when i just had a bowel movement yesterday & usually i only have bowel movements twice a week?

Low Vitamin C, low bioflavonoids, low magnesium, high iron, high calcium, low intake of soluble fiber, low intake of multi-grain (7-9 grain) products / bread / buns. Don’t stress a lot, makes you body tense up.
Walk around the block or two and get exercise every day.
