Hemorrhoids or type a of cancer?
im age 19,150 weight and i work in a grocery/restaurant and ive been eating too much fast food recently but for the passed 2 days now ive been using the restroom normally. Symptoms i have when im about to use the restroom is stomach pains((doesnt hurt alot)) and little diarrhea ((but most of the time normal rutting)) it doesnt hurt at all when i wipe so do i got something serious?? how can i check if i got hemorrhoids internal or external??? i dont see a pump in my butthole((external)) and i havent been feeling weak or dizzy ive been feeling good just have does symptoms

What are you talking about "A pump in your butt hole" ? and, these are not symptoms just natural body functions. There’s nothing wrong with you.
Cancer?! No way.. its just diarrhea from too much the junk food!
If you have hemorrhoid, you might experience symptoms such as itching, swelling around anus area, even bleeding when you pass stools, and pain. If you don’t have these symptoms, then you might just had too much worries.
Just for prevention, just make sure you have normal bowel movements everyday (at least once every single day). If you don’t then you should start taking fibers supplements from your local pharmacy and drink plenty of water everyday. In the long run, you will have better complexion as well. Don’t eat too much grilled food, coz those charred meats are the culprits that cause cancer later on.
Still worrying? then visit your local doctor and get them to check it out for your. They will have to insert a lubricated gloved finger into your anus to see if there are any irregularities inside.
